Montserrat Marti

In the world of opera since se was a little girl, Montserrat Martí is the daughter of the spanish soprano Monstserrat Caballé and the tenor Bernabé Martí.

Her first appearance as a singer was performed in 1993 with his mother in the city of London. A year later she sang at a concert to raise funds for the victims of the Rwandan Genocide, again accompanied by her mother.

In 1998 she moved to Germany, where she began his career as a soloist, performing the character of Zerlina in Don Giovanni, which was being presented at the Hamburg State Opera.

Mother and daughter have sung together at times, both on stage and in the studio. In 2008 he participated in the opera La Casa de Bernarda Alba from the Spanish composer Miquel Ortega, in the role of Adela.
