SRK is the No. 1 Gipsy Kings Tribute Band in the world, thanks to the fact that they share the same musical and cultural roots with the actual band, as much as the Gypsy influence, so strong and loved in their native land, Andalusia.
The band was formed in Seville, Spain by 4 guitarists who sing while playing: JuanJosé Escudero (Director), Manuel Leal, Javier Cervantes and Paco García (Kito), accompanied by Bass, Keyboard, Percussion and Drums by great musicians of the “Sevillana” scene. However, SRK has very flexible and adaptable formations and sometimes they are accompanied by professional Flamenco dancers giving the show a special color and joy of the land of Andalusia.
Spanish Rumba Kings is a group formed by four Sevillian friends, lovers of the flamenco music. The intention of the group is to take a bit of Andalusia to any corner of the world, with the sound of our guitars and singings. The members of Spanish Rumba Kings are Juan José Escudero (El Maestro), Manuel Leal, Javier Cervantes and Miguel Angel Moreno. The band that accompanies Spanish Rumba Kings is formed by great musicians of the Sevillian musical area, and in occasions, professional "bailaoras" (Flamenco dancers) accompany to the group giving a special and colourful show and the joy of the Andalusian region.
