Sofía Mazagatos was born in Madrid 1974 and she is a model and actress who started her career in the runways after being winner of Miss Spain 1991.
She was finalist of Miss Europe a year later, starring runways in Cibeles and Gaudi.
In 1993 thanks to her popularity, Telecinco offered her being substitute of Leticia Sabatier as presenter of the children shows DESAYUNA CON ALEGRIA and A MEDIODIA, ALEGRIA. A year later she conducts with Luis Alberto Sanchez and Inma Brunton the space also directed to children in Telecinco LA TELE ES TUYA COLEGA.
She starred the famous Christmas advertising spot of Freixenet with Juncal Rivero and Mar Flores.
In 2000 she participates in the TV series PARAISO. After this, she has collaborated in the Dance Academy Gloria (2001) with Lina Morgan in TVE, ARRAYAN (2003-2004) by Canal Sur and OBSESION (2005) again in TVE; besides participating sporadically in other TV productions.
IN the big screen, she has worked in movies like THE SEA WOLF (2001), LAS PASIONES DE SOR JUANA (2004) and TAKE OFF (2005).
She has done adds for signatures like Antonelli, Arco Capsulas, Arizona Jeans, Basmar, Complices Jeans, De Beers, Freixenet, Lina Bocardi, Macy's New York, Maybelline, Medichy Model, Muebles Kiona, Peugeot, Toypes, Ultrech Jeans, Vidal Sassoon.
