The Caja de Pandora (LCDP) is a group of Spanish pop rock. It is considered one of the biggest revelation groups of its kind in Spain, surpassing the gold record.
In spite of the relative success of his first album, the little promotion of the group added to the bankruptcy of his previous record, have made that the two consequent discs are not as luck like the first one. Even so, they have the privilege of having traveled throughout Spain on various tours, having left a mark on their music scene.
Salva Contreras began with electric guitar in the 80's, until years later, he met a friend who had a friend in common, Toni Ramos. Both Toni's younger brother Óscar created the band called "Goma Milan" (later "Nada que ver"), with which they made several concerts with some recognition, but finally, after the call to Toni's army, The group dissolved.
Salva coincided with Salva González and re-created a new band without success, "Blade Dylon". Juan Valverde, at age 15, was, along with his older brother, in a rap group called "Black Zone", and after his dissolution, stopped singing.
His brother, Alexis, spent time playing the keyboard at parties and on the radio.
However, Paco was able to learn music, studying guitar and bass, and getting to be in various groups, as well as teaching music.
Finally, Salva C. heard Juan sing and decided to call Toni and Alexis, who were joined by Salva G. and Paco, thus forming La Caja de Pandora.
