After their participation to the British TV Program “X Factor”, these five boys - Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, Harry Styles and Zayn Malik - following the advice of one of the judges of the show, decided to get together and form a band, One Direction, which shortly turned into one of the most popular in the history of the show. The group reached the final and finished in third place, gaining an incredible number of fans.
Afterwards they joined the live tour of X Factor and signed a contract with Syco Music.
One Direction recorded their debut album working with the best producers and their first single What Makes You Beautiful turned quickly into a mass phenomenon; their video, directed by John Urbano, has already been view by over 15 million people.
Their powerful, danceable and superbly done teen pop points to that this young band is aiming for the target.
