David Gausa was born in Barcelona in the 70s decade and from his childhood he was a great music amateur and lover. His effort and work have allowed him to be one of the few priviledge DJs that have converted his passion in his life style.
Gausa is a Club DJ, Radio DJ, producer, remixer, founder, owner, A&R and Label Manager of his own labels SUTIL RECORDS and SUTIL VOX.
With 14 years of age he was winning his first re-mixer contest by mixing “Dub Be Good To Me” by Beats International and the latest awards and nominations David Gausa has received, recognize his good job through the waves. IBIZA DEEJAY AWARD and DEEJAY MAG of honor (Spanish Magazine Deejay) for his direct responsibility in the spread of the Clubber sound through the waves; in cabin, nominated for Best DEEJAY HOUSE and BEST SPANISH DEEJAY in several occasions and for his album work in charge of SUTIL RECORDS, DEEJAYMAG 2005 for best New Label and in 2006 for SUTIL VOX he also received the best New Label (Sgae Awards), both voted for the Spanish area in the industry.
Since January 2007, David Gausa plays in the radio space SUTIL SENSATIONS in LOCA FM, the number one radio station by Top International Deejays born in Spain, combining musical quality and innovation with credibility.
More than 15 years in the business, doing sessions in International clubs and a long list of edited productions (among which many labels by SONIDOS-SUBLIMINAL RECORDS/USA, Re-mixes and compilations, AMNESIA IBIZA, TECHNICS or the BASIC SELECTION saga) have given him motives to be one of the most respected figures inside the Spanish Clubber screen and with the growing recognition in the international scene.
